Domestic Shipping Policy:

  1. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During high volume periods, processing time may extend up to 5 business days.
  2. Shipping: We offer standard shipping for all domestic orders, which usually arrive within 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
  3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and weight of the package. Free standard shipping is provided for domestic orders over $50.
  4. Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

International Shipping Policy:

  2. Shipping: We offer standard shipping for all international orders, which usually arrive within 10-20 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
  3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and weight of the package. Kaveah is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees that may apply upon delivery.
  4. Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Wholesale Shipping Policy:

  1. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 5-10 business days. During high volume periods, processing time may extend up to 5 business days.
  2. Shipping: We offer standard shipping for all domestic orders, which usually arrive within 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
  3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and weight of the package. Kaveah is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees that may apply upon delivery.
  4. Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Return Policy:

  1. Return Window: We accept returns for store credit within 14 days of the delivery date. For orders placed between November 28 - December 24 we accept returns for store credit within 30 days. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached.
  2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Portal on our website and enter your order number and email address. 
  3. Shipping & Refunds: Kaveah covers the shipping costs for all returns approved through our Return Portal. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your store credit will be processed, and a gift-card or discount code will be sent to your email within 7-10 business days. Please note, all sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Make sure to review your choices carefully before purchasing, as our terms and conditions highlight this policy to ensure a transparent shopping experience. Kaveah is not responsible for lost or stolen items during transit, please submit a claim through the shipping provider. 
  4. Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please initiate a return through our Return Portal and note the issue in the return reason. Please note that we do not offer exchanges for any other reason.
  5. Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personalized items, swimwear and final sale merchandise. Please check the product page for specific return information before making your purchase.
  6. International Orders: We now offer international shipping, but please be aware that customers are responsible for any customs duties applicable to international orders. Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges for international orders.
  7. Wholesale Orders: We are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges for orders placed through a Wholesale Account.
